Just saying hello. My name is Catina and I have just joined. I am one of those odd ones that look skinny, but to the naked eye......LOL. I would like to lose 10-15lbs. Focus is on the abs. I really do not eat much, but I don't really exercise much. My problem is continuity. So any helpful hints please drop them my way.
Also if someone could share with me the benefits of pro status, thanks!

Welcome to FT.
For me the pro status has a bunch of advantages
1 You can substitute exercises before you print your plan.
2 You can see the entire plan instead of just 1 week.
3 Exercise journals help plot your progress. I also learn alot by reading other journals and asking questions. Non pro members can look and comment too but they can't keep a journal.
4 the most important reason for me to join was that the folks who run the sight get financial support and improve the chances of the survival of this fine site
5 Its relatively cheap.
Hopefully sombody else will talk about the nutritional section.
