I'm 55. I trained Martial Arts for 30 years - 5 days per week.
Retired @ 50 (worst thing I could have done) Now I can't get off the couch/computer etc. My mind is consumed with training my body is consumed with "lead". Depression setting in. I tried going a gym - so boring - need help.

I usually tell myself "keep working out or you'll die. Works good.

You need to find something you enjoy doing. I also know quite a few retired people who have gone back to work part time just to feel like they are contributing, it is also a good way to socialize with others.
Maybe volunteer in your community - if you know computers well, maybe you could volunteer helping seniors with their computers... it will get you out in the sunshine and give you purpose. Best wishes.
