most back and tricep exercises like the power row and the lat pull downs are just great.

yeh lat pull down is a pretty good i think also standing curls with the curling bar r the best i get the best feel in my biceps when i do those

man...squats are like the best...I can do leg extension and lunges for hours and still wouldn't get the kind of burninig sensation I get from the squats...

My Favorite Exercize is Heavy Bench Press, and Deltoids Exercize(Shoulders) Front Press & Behind The Neck Press.

man i hate squats they make my legs feel good but there real tiring i get more messed up doing a couple sets of squats than either running or doing a whole workout
