Hi, fyi im a newbee in bodybuilding, the problem is, until now im still in doubtful state whether my supplements intake is correct or not. As per day i take varieties of supplements such as Beta Carotene, B Complex, BCAA,Vit.C, Calcium, Iron Folic, Fish Oil, Glucosamine Capsule, Multivitamin and Protein Shake all in one shot, do you think it is a correct way? or is it dangerous to do this? Please reply...
