I am in a wheelchair, a quadriplegic, but has good range of motion. I am looking for a exercise program more fitted to people with disabilities. I weighed about 170 lbs all my life, but now I am about 210. Any suggestions would be appreciated or a detail exercise program. Thank you in advance.

Leslie,
i don't have any experience training people with disabilities, so i tried doing a search online for information. Not a whole lot that i could find, but there were some videos and books on it. i don't know if that is somethign that would help you or not. i went to askjeeves.com and tried a few different searches.

From what i did find, it looked like you could take an upper body program from ft and modify for you.
Dumb bells and exercise tubing would both be good equipment options for you. Are you working out at home or at a gym?
