ok now that its summer i can workout in the mornings so i was wonderin how i should go about doin that. when i should eat breakfast or other meals...?

There has been some great discussions on your questions, check fitBuddy search below as there are many different approaches and opinions...from what I have been understanding from these wonderful people is eat something such as oatmeal in the a.m. as soon as you can and if weight training eat things higher in protein (I do carbs too as I do cardio following), do your weight training and drink a protein drink, 1/2 upon completion and sip the rest. If you do cardio, do it after weights.

Wake up about hour or so before workouts, eat somthing light but has engery to it. Maybe a lil protin but not much. Maybe some oatmeal glass of milk and Orange juice.......if your wanting to "cut up" tak eout the OJ cause it has suger in it, but you will burn that off though . After ward drink a protin shake......then and hour after that or so eat somthing solid.

should i workout in the moring or do cardio. i saw in one post that cardio in the morning burns more fat than later in the day so which one in the morning and which in the afternoon
