My friend just told me to get a bunch of these supplements that worked for him. I already know about creatine, multis, glutamine, and protein, but he told me to get amino acid pills, zma, and some type of pro-hormone. I don't know anything about amino acid stuff, zma not too sure about, and pro hormones i have never touched. I saw that animal has a new product out that has to deal with amino acids, but i really don't know much about all of those things. So if someone could help me out here that has experience with these supplements, it would be much appreciated.

Forget the pro hormones, they are no good, and off the market now anyway. ZMA is awesome, and take it right before bed on an empty stomach. Will increase anabolic hormones, aid recovery, increase testosterone, and it is just minerals, so it is good for you also.

Aminos you probably don't need, especially if you are on a bulk. If you are trying to lose fat and dieting, then they can be of great aid. 2-4 with each meal to improve the amino acid profile of each meal.
