Hi, I started my fitness program yesterday. Its a 12 weeks program including Blast Abs. I know it has been one day but was curious as to when some visual improvement is seen. It is big motivation to see your hard work paying so wanted to know.

Have patience...it's different for everyone. I began to see my results after 4 weeks.
Good luck!

In most cases, the people around you will notice a difference before you do. You can see a difference in as little as 2 weeks or as many as 5 weeks. Remember: your diet has as much (or more) to do with it than your training routine.

I've been lifting for a little over 3 weeks now. I've been concentrating mostly on my upper body because I've never really had much problem with the lower half. I've started to see little things, like my shirt sleeves getting a bit tighter and a little more movement in my chest when I flex. That's a great incentive to keep pushing.

I've been doing the weight loss and tone, and the ab program for two weeks. I have already sucked up another notch in my belt. But, I've been paying strict attention to my diet, weight training program, and cardio program. For the fastest and safest results, you should do the same. There are no reliable shortcuts, or quick fixes.

if it's the first time your working out ever usually around 1 month of training. If not, and your experienced with training you may never see gains depending on your exercise selection and your diet. Also make sure your workout benefits you and not someone in a magazine, the most important goals are yours and nobody else!

Thanks a lot guys. I am also paying attention to diet. I had just one question. Say I finish my exercise at 6.30 pm when is the best time to have Protein Shake after that.

Your best bet is to drink your shake within 45 minutes of completing your workout. So, if you finish your workout at 6:30p, drink your shake between 6:31p and 7:15p.
Hope this helps...

Yes right after your work out. You also need some sugar to rebuild the glycogen in your muscles (to recover faster). Some vitamine C and glutamine can help too.

Oh by the way, and have a normal complete meal within 1 1/2 hour after ended training.
