I used to train at home and then i went to the gym. they created me a programme and i have been taking creatine. I have seen some development and im a lot stronger, i can do more reps with a wieght i had trouble with when i was at home but im not seeing a lot of mass, especially in my arms. I know you cant rush these things and there is no set time when you start to see shape but im sure im ment to be bigger than i am now. Could it be something to do with my food intake??

Sure if you are not feeding it it will not grow what are you eating now?

HI mutt normally i have poached egg on toast for breakfast and then try to have 3 other small snaks druing the day, i sometimes have those microwave lasange and dishes with some pasta in, i sometimes have sandwiches with tuna and tomatoes in and sometimes i have sandwhices with cheese, tomato, water cress and pickle and and things like that, i normaly try to have things like that....

tew, where is your protein? YOu cannot possibly build any quality muscle with that diet!
