I am needing some help...Diet is Vegitarian, ok eat well for most part not sure on what to eat b-4 going to gym. Schedule like this. morn- wheat cerial & soymilk, Lunch bowl of soup & crunchy veggies & salt free crackers, then a yogurt w/ soy nuts b-4 leaving office to head to gym . Do I need more for a dinner? Am small petite gal looking to tone up & loose a few lbs but don't want to be hungry. After work out am wanting to eat again round 7pm but this is not allowed by self. due to strict standards and determination to get in sape. what should I do? need to get in shape &shead fat but still hungry?
