hey i just bought cell tech and isopre whey protein(no carb) i work 7-5 and i work otu at like 630pm so when would be a goodtime to take it??

read on the side of the container. for celltech it says to take it when you first wake up then 30 mins after workout for the loading phase......but for maintenance phase just take it in the morning on non workout days....or right after workout on days you do work out.
