Hey,

I'm 17, 130 pounds, and am 5'11.5'' tall.

I'm doing the nutrition plan to bulk up. they say I need to eat 2800 calories per day. what if it comes to dinner time and I haven't eaten near that much? should I stuff myself?

When should most of my food consumption occur?

Also, at what time should I stop eating? 7pm? 6pm?

What do you think??

Thanks!

Every three hours, pretty much the same amount of protein/carbs/fat at each meal, e cept maybe breakfast and postworkout, when you may need some extra carbs.

I think I have already answered your questions about when to stop eating in a different post - you should have a pre-bed meal, mostly protein and a little fat.

eat 6 or 8 small meals a day like er
brekkie 6am - oats- skim milk a peice of fruit
snack 8.30am- small protein shake and a peice of fruit
snack 11am- tuna sarnie
lunch 1.30pm- strawberries in skim yoghurt
snack 4pm- protein shake a peice of fruit
again 6.30pm peanut butter on toast
Not necessarily that but, you know. Set a guide know what you've eaten and why- if you don't gain a pound in a fortnight then eat an extra 250 calories a day for another fortnight till the weight increase is slow but measurable.
