I was just wondering when a person should actulaay start taking the creatine supplement. I have a lot of weight to lose yet. Will this make a difference . Should i lose the weight first? How long do you take it for etc. Thanks in advance.

Creatine will not help you lose weight. And for some, it does not have any affect. Try doing a search on creatine...this question has been asked several times.
Good luck!

Lose the weight first and most importantly, your diet should be in check (damn near perfect) and then come back and talk about creatine.

Eh, I read my post and it seemed a bit harsh.. I apologize, I mean it in all good intention. Taking creatine with the weight you still have will only make matters more difficult.
Good luck in your weight loss

I think with your stated goals, you may want to stay away from creatine. I do not think it will currently benefit you. Your number one thing is getting your diet correct and training regimine. This is the best thing you can do toward your weight loss goals. Good luck to you.
