Hi, I was just curious, when do you all suggest it is reasonable to change your nutritional profile's activity level? I have it set at sedentary since until a few days ago I hadn't been working out regularly, but have been following the exercise program (weights + cardio) and plan to continue to do so. So should I say I'm 'moderate' because I will have upped my activity level while doing this diet? Should I wait until I've been working out for a couple weeks to say moderate, because they're more asking what your activity level has been of the past few weeks? Or am I just overanalyzing it and it doesn't really matter what you put? Thanks

I would go ahead and change it, but it really doesn't make anything different as far as calorie intake goes. It didn't for me anyways
