I've heard a lot of different opinions on when to do cardio for optimum fat loss i.e. in the morning on an empty stomach, after breakfast, etc., etc. I want to make sure I am doing this correctly, so I would appreciate your feedback on the following. If you do your weights first, doesn't the energy used for lifting deplete your glycogen stores? Therefore, if you were to do your cardio immediately after lifting, you would tap into the fat and it would be just as effective as doing the cardio first thing in the morning?

You could eat somthing light, maybe a piece of toast or so, go run, then come back and eat a good meal. However seen yoru picture, you don't look like you have a whole lot of fat, so you wouldn't have to do cardio on a empty stomach unles food in your stomach, makes you feel heavier or sick./

For after workout is cool too, just not as much, 10 to 15 mins at the most, maybe some HITT. IF you just wanting to get rid of fat, weight train 3 days a week, cardio 3 to 4 days a week, 30min sessons.

Just remember what atleast 30 to 45 mins before excercising after eating, you burn calories while you digest. Blood flow is diverted from muscles to the gut for digestion. If you excercise, while your digestion, your muscles and stomach fight for blood. This is why you get cramps.

You don't have to deplete your glycogen stores to burn fat during cardio, you will burn fat regardless - your body is capable of using energy from more than one source at the same time.

Also, a single weight lifting session won't completely deplete your glycogen stores anyway.

The most important thing is to make sure that you don't start to use protein as an energy source, and the way to do this is avoid working out on an empty stomach or, as andrew says, prolonged cardio after lifting.
The other problem with prolonged cardio after lifting is that at the time when your body is primed to build muscle, you should be feeding it, not using up more energy.
