Ok, I have seen a few different post saying you should do cardio on different day that you do weights, then I have seen you should do cardio before lifting and then I have seen you should do cardio after lifting? (argh) Which is it? I just want the best time to do cardio I know in morning is best time but before weights or after or not even on same day and for how long? Im new and I have been doing 45 min. before weights have I been doing it wrong this whole time? Thanks for responses ;-)

Just beginning I think you are making too much of an issue of it. Your goal is to lose 30 lbs. you say. In this case, just get your cardio in.
The before, or after or separate days issue is more for the advanced bodybuilder, trying to spare muscle at all costs. Hope this clears things up. As you advance, you may want to consider "timing", but for now, just do it. :)
