I currently have a 4 day split, so 2 muscle groups each time I work out. Is it best to do one muscle group and then the other one, or to change every time.
exemple: day 1: bi's & back ------------------ back ex1 bi's ex1 back ex2 bi's ex2 back ex3
OR
bi's ex1 bi's ex2 back ex1 back ex2 back ex3

I see, so then it's only logical that you can take less weight on 'back ex3' compared to 'back ex1'.

The way to do this is this way: There are no real wrong ways to workout. You can pretty much make up whatever routine you want. However there are a few rules to follow: 1. work large muscles first, smaller second (back first then biceps). 2. Add enough weight to make it hard but not impossible to reach the reps you want to. 3. Use good form on every exercise. 4. Do not forget the basics....bench press, deadlifts, squats. 5. Use great intensity in every rep, set even those that are "easy". 6. Try to increase the weight each workout (refer to rule 3 when doing this). Any others that need to be added please do so(anyone?)
-------------- IF YOU CAN STILL ITCH YOUR NOSE AFTER ARM DAY, GO DO ANOTHER SET!!!
