I'm trying to gain weight. I've heard that drinking milk at night would help me? Should I take low fat or full cream milk? Would it be okay if I put in coco powder to make it hot chocolate, seeing I need the extra calories. I'm kind of paranoid about full cream milk as my fatty areas are my abdomen and thighs.
Any suggestions?
Heavy cream is ideal for a weight gaining program. Mix it in your protein shakes.
As far as milk, drink any kind you want. If you are a 'hard gainer', then nothing is really off limits.
But, then you say you have 'fatty' areas in your abdomen and thighs. On any weight gaining program, these are going to get worse? Can you deal with that? If not, then you need to lose some of that fat first.
'Weigh' your options first, then decide.
