I am having trouble finding the best way to mix eating and weight training together.. Right now i eat 3 good meals and then snack in between. i work out in the evening when i get off of work.(6pm) Basically when is a good time to eat proteins,carbs and taking my creatine...Hope there are some helpful brains out there to make this skinny guy bigger...
Welcome to FT! Basically, you should consume 1-1.5g of protein per pound of bodyweight, spread evenly over all of your meals (5-7 per day). To gain weight, it's all about the calories. You can take your creatine post-workout.
