I also agree with them, if you eat before and then you train hard your body is going to consume alot of calories to perform the different activities during your training and then you are going to be hungry after your training and end up eating 2 dinners haha....and thats not good when your trying to lose weight unless they are tiny then you could split it up into a before and after...but that may not be practicle!

i agree with returnofplex. i always try to eat an hour after i take my recovery drink ie: dark matter or halo. i also try to eat 3-4 hours before i go to sleep.

Hi all,
Im Trev im 23yrs old from UK, im 5ft 6' and weight 88kgs.
Im in a bit of a dilemma i do not know the answer to:
My goal is mainly to lose weight then tone up so....
Shall i eat my dinner BEFORE or AFTER i train? I do boxing training 3 times a week and i have 5 a side football/soccer once a week. Im just not sure which would be more beneficial if i eat before or after??
My dinner's usually consist of:
Chicken with brown rice or pasta, veg and potatoes
OR
Turkey breast with rice or pasta, veg and potatoes
