People swear by creatine and snow mentions Cell-Tech. Creatine will not make you "blow up with water." This is common misconception. I have made great gains over the past few months simply taking a vitamin pack, aminos, protein and training hard. That is much better than blowing money on creatine or other things. I have tried it and noticed no changes. Really want to flood your muscles with blood, go very high reps with about 40-50% of your max. This will fill you out for a while. Want to gain size? Lift heavy. Period.

I have to disagree with you, w8. I've been taking creatine for more than a year, and I can tell you it works. I've heard it doesn't work for everybody, though.
I take 5 g every morning and the same amount after training. That should do it, but some people recommend bigger dosage.

Do you have anything to compare your last year's results to? If not, then how do you know creatine has worked. The conditions have to be the same and that is just too hard to do from person to person. Maybe it does work, but my money is best spent on 90lb dumbbells for my gym!
