just started last week taking xyience xelerate and xyience xm2 muscle meal....My question is this my muscle is a protien creatine shake product which says take anytime..I have started to fdo it as mid morning snack becaue i wasnt getting enough protien in diet...but real question is night time I workout cardio and weights generally later night anywhere from 8pm-12pm should i take this pre or postworkout? knowing i usually got o bed about midnight to 1am or so? (it contains 2 grams of creatine per serving) my real worry is the fat content not sure if i should do this after workout or not....any suggestions would be helpful
