I know this question's probaly been asked a thousand times, but my net connection is too slow to search, so forgive me.
I just wanna know when to take a protein shake?
Just after a workout or an hour after, and why?
How many times a day, say on a workout day? and rest Day.
FT tells me I need 260g protein a day, is this correct, that sounds like a shitload....the protein shakes with each serving contain 16,6g plus amino acids and stuff each.

Depends on your weight and goals, I'm assuming you want to lose some fat, as said in other posts.
What is your weight? The carbs sound high, the fat is enough for 3 days!!

I'm guessing that the nutrition requirement is high on everything. It usually is.
To answer the initial question, take your protein immediately after your workout (as soon as possible - I usually have mine waiting) in order to give your body the protein it needs to halt catabolism (muscle breakdown) and begin protein synthesis (muscle building). Make sure to get some carbs with that as well. As for non-training days, try to get some protein in the morning (whether that be powder or food) and before bed. This helps to slow the effect of overnight fasting.
As for fat intake, the number might be correct (what's your weight and height?). I get between 70 and 90g per day, primarily unsaturates, of course. Dietary fat is important for many reasons, including the production of testosterone.
