When to take supplements?

Okay like alot of people i'm taking cell and nitro tech, but i'm not sure when to take either of them in relation to my workout and daily schedule or how many times to take each, i've read the directions but every time i talk to someone who is taking either isnt going along to the directions but if i could get an imput from you all on when to take both of them that'd be great..

I'm not saying you should do what i do, i'm just gonna say what i take and when. Nothing big, just a protein shake (and multivitamin) in the morning, creatine with juice about 30 minutes before i lift (some say after, but i just feel like i get better lifts when i take it before) and protien shake after. Then another shake before i go to bed. Thats what i do. What you choose is up to you. I'm happy with the gains i've made.
