I'm a fan of Myoplex whey protein, I confess, nice taste. But is says to mix 4 ounces of warer with a scoop and that's a bit too little water. Can I up it to 6 ounces? And on workout days, I need to take whey twice a day, right? I take one post-w/o, but the second, when should it be? In the morning/evening?

you really only need one shake, thats after your workout,
the other should come if you cant reach your protein Goals
food first then supps
apart from that, take it whenever, look at it as one of your snacks/quick meals
look around here, plenty of good recipes here

It all depends on how you like the consistency I like my shakes thick personally.
