after you do your exercises...do you include how much the barbells weigh as well?...or do you just input one weight...for example...12 reps at 10lbs...10 reps at 15lbs...or do add everything together and put it in then?..that can make a difference when they calculate for your next time you work out....let me know..thanks in advance...
An example:
If you're doing squats with a 45lb plate on either side of an Olympic bar, you add the 2 plates + the weight of the bar. If it has weight and you're lifting it, add it in.
If you're inputting the weight lifted for a certain number of reps, the weight you log is the weight you do per rep. If you're doing squats with a 45lb plate on either side of an Olympic bar, you're lifting 135lbs. If you do it for 15 reps, you say "15 reps at 135lbs". No need to add any other things together unless you're doing Russian volume training.
