Hey Guys, I have finally made my mind up to start gaining muscle. I don't want to use the term loosely but I want to start bodybuilding. I need to know where I begin. I weigh 173 and am 5'4". I am very familiar with muscle groups and how to use weights so I'm not new to lifting. My thing is that I don't know stuff like, How many reps and how much weight I need to combine to build the most muscle? Also, I know that protein helps build muscle but how much protein do I need and by how much should I increase my calories. Please help me. Any advice is greatly appreciated and welcomed.
