hello everybody im a new member and i chose the 12 week abdominal workout or something and its not showing me to do anything with my abs...whats wrong here? i want to work my abs into my workout
I've finished my first week of regular routine...and still no 12 wk abs programme...where is it...better yet can someone please post a decent ab programme so I don't have to start all over again in the hopes that it shows-up?
