I dont know where to start w/ the weight loss. It seems so hard to eat right, what can I do? I've never been known to be organized or keep a routine, so I dont exspect this to be easy at all. I do know it will be worth it. I want to feel good about myself again.
It's never easy in the beginning. As someone who likes to eat I can tell you that it only gets better with time. As you establish routines, you will begin to accept the changes and actually look forward to your health management.
