here are some useful websites for calorie amounts, calories burned, etc. Please add to the list if you have a good resource site!

For calorie counts and nutritional data:

http://www.nutritiondatacom/index.html

www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp

For calories burned per hour doing almost any activity you can imagine:

www.caloriesperhour.com

Well, that is a start, at least!

http://www.calorieking.com
http://daysworth.com
http://www.nutritiondata.com/(this one Asimmer listed, but this is all you need to access it. It is probably the best site in my opinion.)

mercola.com (best site ever for info on how bad our food industry is and what we can do about it, free email-newsletter that comes on wed and sat filled with usefull info)

price-pottenger.org (some great articles on same stuff as above)

metabolictyping.com (best place to go for info on metabolic typing...these are the people who know the most about it)

healthexcel.com (same as above)

ptonthenet.com (good source for trainers or others interested in anything reguarding health, cheap too)

chekinstitute.com (the man right here! paul chek is an absolute genious when it comes to health. great articles, products and education....comes at a price though....damn where'd my car go?)

these are just some of the sites I use for my own research, I purposefully left out most of the other one simply because these are the best...and that's what we all deserve....right?

oh...and of course...freetrainers.com wink wink, wanna work for you...trying to kiss *ss...poke poke, articles...something. LOL
