New Years Resolutions for some are enjoyable, making definate plans for changes for the upcoming new year, for others it can be just added pressure, so rather than ask what your New Year's resolutions may be, I am just wondering if you could share with the members at FT where you were in 2005 and where you want to be in 2006; meaning there are so many here that have accomplished so much and so many that are on their way, can you share with everyone what successes you had in 2005, how they came about -- and where would you like to see yourself in 2006? Hearing your successes can do wonders for people just starting out the new year!

2005 was another very good year of fitness/health. Hope 2006 can be just as good. consistancy is everything. I had improved my run and XC ski times. How did I do it? I focused nmore on ski spacific trng during the off snow season. Also worked more w/exersize balls.
