Im considering using whey. Is there any thing that I should look out for or any particular type that I should use? I have read about it in the Nutrition Resources and it looks ok. Has anyone had any experience with it

If you have let me hear your views

Thanks

You should get whey isolate if it fits your budget. A lot of the brand name whey's out there are whey concentrate. The concentrate provides less protein per serving than the isolate (the BV %). You want to buy a protein supplement that will give you as much protein per serving as possible right? The isolate is also for lactose intolerant individuals and is absorbed by the body much quicker. But if isolate doesn't fit your budget, go for a isolate + concentrate combination such as the Bioplex, Designer Whey, EAS Simply Protein, and may aothers, rather than just the concentrate by itself.
