Nevermind did the math on the servings.
Cytosport = 13g of protein per scoop (22g total per scoop)
.59 ratio protien volume to total volume
MRM = 22g of protein per scoop (29g total per scoop)
.76 ratio protein volume to total volume
ON = 24g of protein per scoop (29g total per scoop)
.83 ratio of protein volume to total volume
Sticking with ON.

Try looking in your local wholesale stores (Sam's, Costco, etc). I get 5lbs for less than $19.

Sams has protein for 15 bucks. No matter how 'great' your protein ad is, I doubt seriously in the long run if you are eating good food it will make any difference in your physique.

So, bb1fit, are you saying that the protein at Sam is good enough quality for the average good eater?

Yep, sure am. You could buy the most expensive protein made, and I guarantee you you will see no special results.
Competition time....things change.

ok, I am doing a show in April, and as you know the cost of everything really adds up, but this wouldn't be the route I would want to take to cut costs by the sounds of it, am I right?

I would not start with more 'expensive' proteins till around 90 days out. The main reason for these type proteins then is calories are at a premium. Therefore, you need every calorie to make difference, and additives in cheaper protein always add some calories. Protein will be your highest intake macronutrient of course at this time, so you want it to be optimal. This is a good time for something like Beverly Muscle Provider.
