use them post workout or to "protein up" a meal. althou whey is a fast absorption protein, good post workout.
egg is a slow releasing protein if i am not mistake. use it for the other meals and pre-bed

Egg is just a tad bit slower than whey.

use them POW, both if you wan to.
get a 50% 50% shake if you want to take them both.
if not, then finish one and then take the other.

if you want to take both, mix them. you can go a big shake 50-50 egg/whey or take a whey shake first then 30 min later a egg shake.

it is really uo to you. the important thing is to take them PWO

I posted this somewhere else in this section, but it really doesn't matter which type you take. They'll be absorbed the same way and by the time they reach the endothelial lining, they'll just be "protein". I recommend taking your protein within one hour after working out. Anyway, buy whatever is cheaper!

Start consuming your protein immediately upon completing your workout. This is optimal.
