In my diet I want to replace some of my protein intake by taking Whey Powder. If I am trying to lose weight, can anyone tell me apx. how much Whey Powder I should consume daily in a shake, etc.?

i should tell you that food must be you prior protein source. sakes only necessary post wokout.
whats your daily protein intake? how many meals do you eat?

How much do you weigh? Kakaroto is right, food must be your prior protein source. If you can eat your daily protein intake with food, there is no use for supplementing with protein shakes besides after your workout.

I vary six mini meals a day. No worries I enjoy meat, chicken just happens to be my favorite food. But reading up on an artical in Fitness Magazine it recomends Whey Powder to help lose weight and help achieve defined abdominals. So I if anyone has a suggestion about the apx. about that should be taken daily, please let me know.

they tell you to consumme whey protein powder because the more protein you eat, the more fat you will lose.
but why taking powder when you can have a whole meal?
