Well ,after trying to closely monitor my diet I found it difficult to get enough prtein whilekeeping everything else in line. I did it mostly, but i know I would have gotten tired of eating the same foods all the time. So, today I went out and bought 100% whey protein.
My other concern was not sleeping well affecting my rest and recovery so I also picked up some melantonin to see if that helps!!

Hey bro look at this site https://www.trueprotein.com/ you can create your own mixes and I suggest you mix Whey with Casien like 50/50 but just Whey alone is good for Post Work Out but I use the 50/50 mix PWO as well as in the morning or at night.

Casien will help you get the protien in and it last longer in your system also making you feel fuller and for longer.

mVP, after making that post I did a search and was reading up on whey protein. From what I can gather is that whey protein absorbs too quickly and you need some other forms of protein to balance it out. I am planning on taking mine with milk and maybe an egg after workout, and just water pre-workout. What dio you think?

Before I bought it mixed thats exactly what I did I would make it in milk and still do even for PWO but I would also non PWO add like 2 to 3 Raw Egg Whites into it and it was great I still at times add the eggs.

I use to buy ON 100% Whey Vanilla Cream from AllStarHealth.com

I would say 98% of the time when I wake-up I make me a Lazy Mans Shake 1/2 Cup Oats, 1 Cup of Milk, 1 Scoop of Protien Mix, 2 oz of Froozen Blueberries and at time Egg Whites. This is blended in a blender.

That www.trueprotein.com would be really cool if it weren't so expensive! I wish I could justify the expense, but I'm thinking the stuff I'm getting will have to do. I usually mix my whey protein with yogurt--either as a shake or as a way to flavor plain yogurt. This morning I had a scoop of chocolate protein in a cup of nonfat plain yogurt with about 1/2 a banana. Or I'll mix in vanilla and frozen berries. Delicious!!!

They are the LEAST EXPENSIVE I have ever found.

AllStar Health is 2nd cheapest.

Take a look at what crappy Casien's cost from other brands and then take a look at True's.

Plus in order to Mix Protien Podwers together from other brands you have to buy a tub of each and with True's you get mix and buy.

Trust me I have not just spent hours but I have spent months finding the right prices and mixes.

Can you link me up to where on that site they have a 50/50 mix, or are you talking about buying a tub of whey and a tub of casin?
