Whats the difference? Also if you take Creatin without pushing yourself harder at the gym, will you gain weight?

Protein is your number one supplement. Protein contains the amino acids that are the building blocks of muscle.
Creatine by itself will not build an ounce of muscle, it is but a supplement to help you push a bit more weight/few more reps, and with correct diet, you should make gains from it.
Without putting forth the intrinsic effort, creatine will not even do that for you.

hey bb1, how about muscle milk protein shakes -- i just noticed that they had creatine in them, is the amount in the drink enough to suffice as a muscle gaining supplement or is it best to take a strictly creatine based supplement in conjunction with the shake?

They actually do not have creatine, they have a precursor of creatine. It stimulates supposedly your own bodies creatine production.

I wouldn't really suggest takin creatine unless your like 18....but you dont need it until your like 35 or 40 because your body makes creatine by itself and you'll just hurt yourself or something.....i take this stuff called muscle milk and its really good....im only 13 and bench 185 weigh about 150 and squat about 225 but dont worry about it you'll get bigger just with the whey protein
