Well I've been lifting for about 2 months now and I'm seeing small results. My goal is to loose weight and tone. Lately I've started using whey protien, but I don't know how much or how often to take it. I have been takeing it after every workout so far. I was wondering should I take it more often during the day, or how I should go about it?
