I drink my PWO in water for the fast release but when I create my shakes as a meal I use 1 cup of Milk and 2 to 3 Raw Egg Whites and then mix in whatever I feel. The ? here is, is the Milk and Egg White helping to make it a slower release because I don't wana buy all kinds of Powders and would rather mix my own from a Whey Powder.
Casein is created from milk so I'm thinking it should work! Am I wrong?
Thing is sometimes I just wana slam down a tasty shake as or as part of a meal.:)
