I was wondering if there was any benefit to splitting my daily whey drink into 2 servings? I was concerned with the absorption rate of the protein - do we loose alot of it when it is all consumed at once, or will the retention rate be the same?

If you want the absorption rate "sped" up, consume a few grapes or a banana with the shake (both are high on the GI rating to assist in the delivery of the protein.)
Why not go ahead & drink 2 complete shakes per day? :)

Ya..I agree with ebabes suggestion, drink 2 shakes even 3!

Sounds good - I have been trying to get most of my daily % of protein from natural sources - thus only the 1 drink per day. But I will try what you suggest ebabe - I love grapes!
