Ive recently switched from using ON's regular protein to ON's 100% WHEY protein and was wondering what the difference between them is. Is it simply more kinds of amino acids? or is it just more protein mass per scoop? Also, Why on regular protein tubs do they instruct to take 2 scoops which would add up to an approximate 40 grams of protein, but on WHEY tubs they only recomend one scoop which might add up to 25-28 grams of protein? Why would one of the bennefits of preferring WHEY to regular be to cut back on protein? I dont know? HELP!-Torch

Whey protein breaks down and is absorbed faster by the body and gets to the muscles faster than other forms of proteins....the 25-28g is just their 'recommendation'...feel free to take double that...
