I have read that there are good quality creatine and not so good quality creatines. The good one's will disolve better than the bad ones. The good one's will also not upset your stomach like some of the one's I have tried in the past.
I am on a budget and don't want to spend an arm or a leg for that matter on a jug. Can I get some suggestions as to which brand is a good brand and where I can buy it at a good price. Thanks.

Go with a CEE type.

I thought CEE was really good when I used it and you can get it at trueprotein.com pretty cheap!

It depends what you want. Regular Creatine monohydrate is going to be the most effective creatine (if used with sugars) in terms of gains in strength and muscle, but it does have bit of a bloated feeling and doesn't dissolve well. It's also super cheap.
CEE is not as good for gains, but the gains you make tend to be "harder", less wet gains. The bulk is very cheap, but tastes awful. Capped versions like ALRI's CR2 and also fairly cheap. I used to take it, but I've switched to mono.
Krealkaline (puple K) is not to expensive, and for those that it works for, it works very well for strength gains. I'm unfortunately one of the people that benifit from it. It's easy on the stomach, and is capped, so you don't have to worry about mixability.
Controlled labs GreenMagnitude is (I believe) the best creatine on the market, and although the intial cost is high, it is 80 servings, so it will last you a while.

Okay, that's a lot of info to swallow...thanks. I will have to check into all of this I guess before I make a decision.
Thanks again.

CEE Harder gains means more muscle gains mono wet gains means more water retention so I can't even see how mono is better then CEE but CEE is all I have tried.
To be honest you don't need either and can use Beta-Alanine which is studied real well and shows to be better then Creatine!
Do your self a favor and research Beta-Alanine as you can use it with Creatine but used just itself is showing more promise then Creatine!
Another note and it stands very true of what BB1FIT had told me and that is with Creatine your gains you make are yours to keep but you will lose strength once your off it.

Creatine Mono consistanlty tests better than CEE. The gains are no where near what Mono produces.
Good advice on the Beta alanine. It forms carnosine in the muscles which helps endurance and is useful whether you arer losing weight, bulking up or increasing athletic performance.

I have the Purple-K myself and love it, none of the bloating I had with monohydrate when i used it years ago.
