BCAA's or Glutamine Peptides?
Going to ad one or the other into the Morning Shake and PWO!
I have heard L- Glutamine is crap but I also hears the Peptides are real good so I'm looking for answers here!

BCAA pre-workout was suggested to me by someone here as well as a personal trainer/friend at my gym..so that is what I go with atm...I was also doing glutamine post workout but have stopped for the time being...

BCAAs and Glutamine are both useful in their respects. I know you'll hear lots about Glutamine being useless, etc, but it does have benefits, if you've got the cash.
I've heard the most good things about BCAAs in pretty high dosages during a workout from Poliquin, and studies have shown that BCAAs at the onset of a workout increases protein synthesis by 300%, so they are probably more effective, but you would need higher dosages, like 20g or more, which is a lot.
