i've been using Amino Acids 2222 for a while because i wanted a supplement to help me gain some muscle mass but a guy at the gym said that protein powders r much more usefull to reach that goal and that Amino Acids will just help shape the muscle
i dunno but that sounds wrong what do u think ?
and do i need creatine plus what i'm using now to get results ?

Shape the muscle????? these must be magic aminos. Really though, I know the aminos you are taking. Those or any other kind will aid you. I personally think 4 with each "whole food" meal is advantageous. See, only about 75-80% of meat proteins even are utilized because of lack of proper amino acid profile. By adding aminos to your food meal, you are opimizing the amino acid profile ofwhole foodmeals so that more protein is utilzed for muscle building. They can increase nitrogen retention,and you know that is the key that triggers rapid muscle growth.It is what all lifters are striving to keep at all times.

By the way,do not ditch your protein! the aminos are just another aid. Take your protein drinks for sure!!
