I'm new at this whole "healthy body" thing; I just recently (4 months ago) started working out and eating right and I just joined FT. My question is, what kind of suplements should I take? So far the only problem I'm having is getting enough protein. Thanks.

Four months is a long time to stick with something - seems like you're hooked :) Congratulations!

To help get enough protein, try a protein shake (there are lots of suggestions on these boards). It can be a mid-afternoon snack or something good to have before or after you workout. Other than that, I'd suggest a multivitamin.

Just try adding a protein shake after your workout, this should bring your daily need of protein to where it needs to be.

Congratulations on making it a priority to live a healthy life, like roni and kirby have said, add protein shakes before or after a workout or both. And try to find a good multiple vitamin to supplement your diet with.
