Hi, I'm 31, 6'0", 160 pounds. What could be the best program from my shape. I want to add muscle, more like fitness model than BB. Any suggestion ? I would like to chat with someone with same experience or bodytype. thank's Franco

Hey, Franco. If I were you, I'd go for the 12-week mass building program. It will pack on more muscle and get you much stronger than you are now, but it won't turn you into a Ronnie Coleman or a Jay Cutler. Trust me, you will probably look like you want to look simply by follow that program. With your bodytype, I wouldn't go with anything less.

Yes, the 12-week mass program will definitely challenge you. If you are unsure about committing to a lengthy program, then try the 8-week mass program.
Good luck!

I tried to change my "progressive gains program" without success. The program doesn't refresh itself. How can I change that ? Thank's

Yes, I've completed the 8-week mass program and am now on my 2nd 8-week program (progressive gains this time).
To change from progressive to the special 12-week mass program, you must choose Advanced (instead of beginner or intermediate) and choose access to free weights and machines. This should do the trick...

Hi,
I am a 45 year old female. I have just finished the beginers eight week program. So far so good.Should I go to the intermediate next? I noticed that that program has less reps..not 20..15..14..12. It is 12 12 10 10. I want to continue loosing weight and getting definition. I am 164lbs....I started at 178.I dont want to bulk up before I loose weight.I want to get down to 140 or so.....Help..Thanks sara
