sorry if this is the wrong spot but it has to do with supplements.
Im new to the world of supplements and have done some reading, but Im not a biologist and some of it is right over my head.
anyhow, Im looking for supplements that will help with recovery time and increase strength.

Ive read that lglutamine helps in revcovery time but not sure what else it does.
people have told me that creatine helps strength
whey protein is also popular.

but I dont want to get bigger/gain weight because my sport demands I stay at a certain weight.

Personally I would say
supps are secondary to your diet.
a PWO shake with protein, dex and malto is a good for your body apart from that if you are just starting out stick with whey protein powder for the pwo shake or in case you are running low on your daily protein need.
