Hey, im a little concerned here i do extreme cardio for at least 20 mins a day for the last 3 months and it doesnt seem to be getting me anyware, i wanted to know if cardio isnt the right solution to burning fat?:(

Uhm not the complete greatest but not terrible by any means no fast food high fibre, lots of fruit little pasta lots of chicken and steak:/

Diet is very important in fat loss. But, if you add some resistance training, you could be burning fat, too.
