Hey everyone I live abroad in Portugal and I've seen in so many threads talking about white eggs and how much protein they have...What is a good daily intake ? Should they be prepared fried or boiled ? And only the white stuff should be eaten right ? Since i am new in this kind of things hope you guys can give me some tips =)
Depending on your diet needs, fit in as many as you want. And while many eat just the whites due to cholesterol fears(which are mainly unfounded), unless you have pre existing or prone to genetically cholesterol issues, dietary cholesterol will have very little to no impact.
If you fry them, olive oil or any kind of spray like Pam is good. Boiling is fine also.
