I want to loose weight everywhere, but especially in my breast. I'm getting married in 37 days and I made the mistake of buying my wedding dress 3 yrs ago. I really want to be able to fit into it, but it's not looking good. I can get it zipped about halfway up my back and then it stops. I'm guessing I need to loose about 3 or 4 inches up top and I hear that when you loose weight, that's the first place it comes from. Is that so? Are there any exercises that I can do to speed the process up?

Hi jms,
I've heard that it you lose weight from the top down also, however I've not actually found it to be true. My face has slimmed out quite a bit but Im still in the same cup size.
37 days might just be enough time to lose 5 or 6 pounds, if you are dedicated and really make an effort to change your diet and exercise plans. That doesn't guarantee any loss from your breasts. Find a good dressmaker and see if they can do alterations a week out from the wedding, that way if it doesn't work out you can still wear the dress.
From everything that I've read here and learned previously there is no way to spot reduce. I wish you all the best though, get yourself an exercise and nutrition plan from here and make a go of it.

jms congratulations on your upcoming marriage.
I've lost almost 10" in the last two months, only one of which came off my breasts. Do not be discouraged but it might not happen in time. Go to plan B immediately. Go to a bridal shop and take your dress with you. Tell the ladies there you need a merry widow, it's a corset. They are very pretty, not terribly uncomfortable and come in white to go under your gown. If the dress still doesn't fit, leave the dress with them to have it altered to the size you are wearing the corset. You don't need this stress right now, it's not worth it.
